What You’ll Be Doing

  • Servicing & Repairs: Performing routine servicing, mechanical maintenance, suspension, brake, and complex component repairs across a wide range of makes and models.
  • MOT Testing & EV Work: Conducting DVSA MOT inspections and carrying out maintenance on traditional internal combustion, hybrid, and electric vehicles.
  • Diagnostics & Fault Finding: Utilizing modern diagnostic platforms to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with long-standing, experienced technicians to deliver high-quality workmanship in a zero-pressure, supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or MOT Tester (independent or dealership background).
  • Strong mechanical skills with solid diagnostic, servicing, and fault-finding habits (an active MOT Smart Card or EV qualification is a plus).
  • Reliable, team-oriented mindset with high pride in work quality.
  • A full UK driving licence.
