What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands-on workshop role, you will work across an incredibly diverse mix of vehicles, building your skills alongside our experienced team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and fundamental mechanical repairs.
- Learning to diagnose vehicle faults efficiently using dealer-level diagnostic systems.
- Assisting with a wide range of vehicle needs, from standard fleet servicing to specialized air conditioning systems and EV/hybrid setups.
- Maintaining precise records of work completed and communicating effectively with the service desk.
- Collaborating with a friendly, professional, and close-knit workshop team.
What We Are Looking For
- No formal qualifications required — we value proven workshop experience, confidence on the tools, and a strong work ethic above anything else.
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on workshop experience in vehicle servicing and basic repairs.
- A proactive team player with a strong desire to learn and a dedication to high workmanship standards.
- The adaptability to work across various vehicle makes, models, and systems.
