Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Manage repair timelines independently without rigid, corporate micro-management
- Maintain clean, organized workshop bays and enforce safe working standards

- Technical Mastery: Time-served mechanic capable of going deep into engine work and advanced mechanical overhauls (beyond basic servicing and tire fitting)
