Service Advisor – Automotive Aftersales

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Details

  • Basic Salary: £32,000 per annum
  • Expected Earnings: £34,000 (Based on 17 Saturdays per year)
  • Core Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00
  • Working Week: 45 hours (plus 1-hour daily lunch break)
  • Weekend Rota: 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00 – 13:00)

  • Translating technical workshop findings into clear, jargon-free advice for customers.
  • Maximising revenue through the proactive recommendation of essential parts and services (Upsell).
  • Liaising with Technicians and Parts departments to provide accurate timing and cost updates.
