Location: West Malling Area (Free secure on-site staff parking)

Hours: Monday – Friday + Fair Saturday rotation (Paid at Time & a Half!)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Servicing & Maintenance: Carrying out routine vehicle servicing, safety checks, and pre-delivery inspections (PDI) across new and multi-brand used vehicles.
  • Core Mechanical Repairs: Handling all-round repairs including brakes, suspension components, steering setups, and exhausts.
  • Diagnostic Skill Development: Utilizing modern scan tools under senior guidance to isolate mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Workshop Standards: Maintaining a clean, safe bay while completing repairs right the first time.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or 1 to 3 years of hands-on workshop experience).
  • Ambitious mindset with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn multi-brand platforms.
  • A full UK driving licence.
