What You’ll Be Doing
- Core Mechanical Work: Building confidence on full brake overhauls, steering geometry, and suspension repairs.
- Introduction to Diagnostics: Learning to use modern multi‑make diagnostic platforms to read codes and trace faults.
- Heavy Repair Support: Gaining hands‑on experience with timing chains, clutches, and belt replacements under senior guidance.
- Servicing: Carrying out high‑standard scheduled maintenance and vehicle safety health checks.
Requirements
- Around 2 years of professional workshop experience (independent, fast‑fit, or main dealer).
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- A reliable team player hungry to step away from basic tire‑fitting and level up.
- A full UK driving licence.
