The Package
- Salary: £28,000 to £34,000 per year basic
- Hours: Monday to Friday (with an early finish on Fridays!) - No weekends
- Training: Happy to support with qualifications including MOT licence, Electric & Hybrid, and Air Con
- Holiday: 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands-on workshop role, you will work alongside experienced senior technicians across an exceptionally diverse lineup of customer cars, fleet contracts, and prestige models, learning advanced skills while contributing to daily output. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine vehicle servicing, basic manufacturer-scheduled maintenance, and general mechanical repairs (brakes, suspension, steering).
- Developing your diagnostic skills by shadowing senior techs using cutting-edge independent and brand-specific equipment.
- Assisting with transmission maintenance, gearbox servicing, and foundational mechanical fault resolutions.
- Executing technical tasks including visual safety checks, tyre care, and supporting air conditioning servicing.
- Learning to maintain precise workshop records and collaborating effectively with the tight-knit team to manage vehicle turnaround times efficiently.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of proven workshop experience in vehicle maintenance and mechanical repair is required.
- Solid baseline experience in routine vehicle servicing, quick-fit components, and general mechanical preparation.
- A strong work ethic, a keen desire to learn, and a commitment to maintaining high independent workmanship standards.
- The willingness to take direction from senior colleagues and work efficiently across various vehicle models.
- A valid UK driving licence.
