The Payload

  • Salary: Up to £32,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday (plus a fair Saturday morning rota)
  • Holiday: 28 days including Bank Holidays

What You Will Be Doing

  • Hands-on Development: Carrying out vehicle servicing, multi-point health checks, and essential mechanical repairs to impeccable standards.
  • Advanced Tech Learning: Getting stuck into complex electrical and mechanical diagnostics under the wing of our senior diagnostic specialists.
  • MOT & Large Vehicle Prep: Assisting with Class 4 and Class 7 MOT inspections, learning what it takes to run a flawless test lane.
  • Incredible Fleet Variety: Working on a massive mix of vehicles—from everyday hatchbacks and light commercial vans to high-spec 4x4s, pickup trucks, and SUVs.
  • Safety Excellence: Learning to verify and double-check your work to ensure 100% road safety and absolute peace of mind for our local customers.
