What You’ll Be Doing
- Core Maintenance & Repairs: Carrying out routine servicing, brake overhauls, suspension work, and general mechanical repairs.
- Diagnostic Development: Learning to use state-of-the-art diagnostic software alongside senior techs to shadow and solve complex electrical and mechanical faults.
- Quality Workmanship: Maintaining a clean Right First Time standard on all jobs to uphold our 4.9-star Google rating.
- Technical Records: Keeping accurate records of work completed and liaising directly with our friendly service advisor team.
- Team Collaboration: Working alongside a tight-knit crew of passionate, supportive technicians who are eager to help you grow.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience working in a workshop environment (independent garage, fast-fit center, or main dealer).
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent time-served experience).
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine ambition to step up your mechanical career.
- A full UK driving licence.
