What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out routine servicing, brake overhauls, suspension replacement, and core mechanical repairs.
- Shadowing Senior/Master Techs to learn modern diagnostic software and isolate complex electrical and mechanical faults.
- Maintaining clean "Right First Time" work standards to uphold our 4.9-star customer rating.
- Logging work orders clearly and collaborating with a friendly, supportive front-of-house service team.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience inside a professional garage, fast-fit centre, or dealership workshop.
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served garage experience).
- Eager, positive mindset with a genuine hunger to learn diagnostics and step up to Senior Technician level.
- Valid full UK driving licence.
