- Experience: 1+ years of professional experience as a Vehicle Technician, Junior Mechanic, or Workshop Improver.
- Skills: Confident with the absolute mechanical basics, including servicing, brakes, fluid changes, and suspension work.
- Mindset: A reliable, detail‑focused individual with a massive hunger to learn and progress into a fully accredited Senior Technician role. Must hold a full UK driving licence.
