Junior Service Technician / Car Mechanic (Multi-Brand Specialist) Up to £35k Basic

Salary: Up to £35,000 strong basic salary + achievable performance bonus (Realistic £40,000 OTE)

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: Monday – Friday with a relaxed 1-in-4 Saturday morning rota, keeping your weekends largely your own.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out routine servicing, vehicle maintenance, and safety inspections across a diverse mix of brands.
• Diagnosing and rectifying electrical and mechanical faults using up-to-date dealer diagnostic equipment.
• Completing manufacturer warranty work and executing essential vehicle software updates.
• Conducting MOT tests strictly to compliance standards (if you hold a licence, or we can train you to get one!).
• Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and collaborating with a supportive service team.

Are You The One? (Requirements)

• Qualifications: Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent portfolio).
• Experience: Proven hands-on experience inside a professional workshop or independent garage. Multi-brand experience is a plus, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn matter most.
• MOT Tester: Existing MOT testers are highly welcome, but we are equally happy to fund the licence for the right candidate.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
