What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out routine vehicle servicing, comprehensive maintenance, and thorough safety inspections across multi-make vehicles.
  • Developing your diagnostic skills by using modern workshop tools to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults with senior guidance.
  • Handling core all-round mechanical repairs, including brakes, clutches, suspension adjustments, batteries, and air-conditioning systems.
  • Executing detailed MOT preparation and learning how to complete high-quality mechanical repairs on failed items.
  • Ensuring every vehicle matches our rigorous safety standards before returning the keys to the customer.

Are You The One? (Requirements)

  • Experience: Around 2 years of professional, hands-on experience as an Apprentice, Improver, or Junior Vehicle Technician inside a garage or dealer environment.
  • Skills: Strong fundamental mechanical competence (confident with servicing, brakes, and basic repairs) and a hunger to develop advanced diagnostic troubleshooting skills.
  • Mindset: A reliable, detail-focused professional who takes massive personal pride in clean, honest repairs and wants to commit to a long-term workshop family. Must hold a full UK driving licence.
