What You’ll Be Doing
- Servicing & Maintenance: Carrying out routine vehicle servicing, comprehensive maintenance, and safety inspections across multi-make vehicles.
- Diagnostic Skill Development: Using modern workshop scan tools under senior guidance to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Core Mechanical Repairs: Handling all-round repair work, including brakes, clutches, suspension setups, batteries, and air-conditioning systems.
- MOT Preparation: Executing detailed MOT pre-checks and completing high-quality mechanical repairs on failed items.
Requirements
- Around 2 years of professional, hands-on workshop experience as an Apprentice, Improver, or Junior Vehicle Technician in a garage or dealership environment.
- Strong fundamental mechanical competence (confident with servicing, brakes, and core repairs) with a hunger to learn advanced diagnostic troubleshooting.
- Reliable, detail-focused mindset with pride in delivering clean, honest repairs.
- A full UK driving licence.
