The Package
- Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per year basic (Depending on experience) + Competitive Performance Bonus Scheme
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (with Saturdays on a rota basis 8:30am – 12:30pm)
- Training: Full manufacturer-aligned training and development programs provided (Plus support for MOT licence, Electric & Hybrid, and Air Con)
- Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

What You’ll Be Doing
In this key workshop role, you will work across a diverse lineup of new, used, and customer vehicles, ensuring every job meets strict manufacturer-quality and time guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and robust maintenance across all makes and models.
- Carrying out precise Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and preparation work on new and used vehicles to showroom standards.
- Diagnosing complex vehicle faults efficiently using cutting-edge brand-specific diagnostic systems and equipment.
- Accurately recording all technical details on relevant digital job cards, maintaining clear and concise communication.
- Maintaining a pristine, safe, and hazard-free work area while liaising professionally with colleagues and service advisers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of proven workshop experience within a busy franchised dealer or equivalent premium environment is required.
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair and Maintenance (or equivalent qualification).
- An MOT tester licence is highly desirable, though not strictly essential.
- A proactive, safety-conscious team player with a polite, professional communication style.
- A full, clean, and valid UK driving licence.
