Your Role

As a vital member of our High Wycombe technical team, you will:

  • Tackle routine servicing, manufacturer safety inspections, and complex mechanical repairs within targeted timescales.
  • Use high-spec diagnostic tools and equipment to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical, electrical, and mechanical faults.
  • Follow structured brand processes to maintain high-quality, safe "first-time fix" results.
  • Work productively to keep workshop workflow running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain a clean, safety-first workshop while making full use of provided PPE.

What You Need

Qualifications & Experience:

  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent qualification) is essential.
  • Proven track record as a qualified Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Service Specialist.
  • F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).

Licensing:

  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
