Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 (NO WEEKENDS | 30-min lunch + two 15-min tea breaks daily)
- Perks: 28 days holiday (20 + 8 bank holidays), extra holiday days awarded for high achievers, pension, free on-site parking
- Training: Full support & funding to complete your MOT Tester Licence
- Work: Routine servicing, mechanical maintenance, diagnostic fault-finding & MOT repairs

Role Overview Seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to handle general servicing, repairs, and fault diagnostics in a busy, modern, and friendly workshop.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or time-served equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Strong skills in general servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs
- MOT Smart Card is a plus, but full training and licensing will be funded for the right candidate
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools

- Commutable From: Burgess Hill, Crawley, Hassocks, Horsham, East Grinstead, Lewes
