Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 basic per annum + Uncapped OTE / Commission
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends)

Role Overview
Seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts Advisor / Parts Specialist to join our busy dealership team. In this vital role, you will act as the key point of contact for retail customers, trade accounts, and workshop technicians—ensuring the precise identification, stock management, and supply of vehicle parts and accessories.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales, parts counter support, or a dealership parts department.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, data entry, and stock management.
- Solid foundational knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, parts compatibility, and electronic catalogs.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base.
- Full UK Driving Licence and United Kingdom work authorization (required).
Location & Commute
- Base: Haywards Heath (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly served by the A272 and nearby A23, offering quick commutes across Mid Sussex and West Sussex.
- Public Transport: Accessible via Haywards Heath mainline station (regular fast services from London, Brighton, and Gatwick) alongside local bus routes.
- Commutable From: Burgess Hill, Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead, Lewes, and Hassocks.
