Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £41,000 basic (£20.75/hr)
- Hours: 4-Day Working Week | 38 hrs/wk | Monday to Thursday, 8:00–18:00 (30-min lunch daily)
- Perks: 3-Day Weekend Every Week (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays OFF), company pension, workshop closures over Christmas & Bank Holidays
- Work: Morning MOT testing followed by afternoon servicing, maintenance, and MOT repair work

Role Overview Seeking an experienced MOT Tester & Vehicle Technician to run MOT tests during morning slots and manage general servicing, MOT repair work, and maintenance tasks in the afternoons within a clean, modern workshop.
Requirements
- Valid MOT Smart Card (Active Class 4 / 7 Tester)
- Proven background in vehicle servicing, MOT repairs, and general mechanical work
- Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools

- Base: Lindfield / Haywards Heath area
- Commutable From: Burgess Hill, Crawley, Cuckfield, Hassocks, East Grinstead, Lewes
