The Role

As an

MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician , you will

  • Carry out
  • Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards
  • Complete MOT documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Identify vehicle defects, safety issues and advisory items
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs where qualified
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
  • Complete vehicle health checks and inspections
  • Maintain high workshop standards and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service and quality workmanship

About You

To be successful, you'll ideally have

  • A valid
  • Class 4 MOT Tester Licence
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent preferred)
  • Previous experience as an
  • MOT Tester ,
  • Vehicle Technician ,
  • Automotive Technician ,
  • Car Mechanic , or
  • Service Technician
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Good knowledge of modern vehicle systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
