Pay & Benefits
- Salary & Earnings: Competitive basic salary + achievable bonus structure with a genuine earning potential of £44,000+ per annum
- Company Vehicle & Kit: Fully equipped company van, fuel card, tablet, diagnostic equipment, and PPE provided
- Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday + just 1 Saturday in 3 (08:00 AM – 15:00 PM)
- Support: Dedicated back-office scheduling team ensuring optimized local routing

Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Undertake routine servicing, maintenance, and safety inspections on customer cars, LCVs, and minibuses across Mid Sussex.
- Carry out accurate diagnostic testing and mechanical repairs on-site.
- Maintain accurate digital job logs via company tablet.
Requirements
- Qualifications & Background: City & Guilds Level 3 in vehicle maintenance with a minimum of 3 years' workshop experience.
- Driving Credentials: Full UK licence (over 25, min 2 years experience, max 3 points) with D1 minibus entitlement.
- Commutable Locations: Ideal for technicians based in Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Hassocks, Hurstpierpoint, Lewes, and Uckfield.
