- Salary: Up to £35,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (NO WEEKENDS)

Role Overview Seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Workshop Receptionist to join our friendly front-of-house team. You will be the main point of contact for our customers—handling enquiries, scheduling servicing, MOTs, and repairs, communicating repair updates in plain English, and working closely with our technicians to ensure a smooth, high-standard customer experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Workshop Receptionist, or Front-of-House Automotive Customer Service Specialist.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain mechanical work clearly and transparently to customers.
- Strong organizational skills and confidence with garage management software and booking systems.
- Full UK driving licence is advantageous.
