You will focus on preparing fresh vehicles, carrying out routine maintenance, and running health checks in a relaxed, well-managed environment with fantastic pay.
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £34,000 guaranteed basic per annum + easy, achievable performance bonus (Realistic OTE £40,000+)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

- Training & Development: Fully funded manufacturer certifications & EV specialist training pathways with zero pressure
- Workload: Straightforward PDI prep, vehicle health checks, routine servicing, quick maintenance, and minor repairs—no back-breaking overhauls or endless diagnostic headaches
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair (or 6+ months hands-on workshop/PDI experience).
- A clean, efficient work style with a passion for straightforward servicing and vehicle prep.
- Valid DVSA MOT Smart Card is a bonus, but completely optional.
- Full UK driving licence & own standard hand tools.
Location & Commute
- Base: Bexhill-on-Sea area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Prime position directly off the A259 and A2690 Link Road for an easy, traffic-free commute across East Sussex.
- Public Transport: Excellent access via nearby Bexhill and Collington mainline stations and regular bus routes.
- Commutable From: Bexhill, Hastings, St Leonards, Eastbourne, Battle, Sidley, and Pevensey.
