Pay & Benefits
- Salary: Up to £45,000 basic per annum (reliably based on your technical expertise and experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, plus only 1 Saturday morning a month (Flexible)

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Prestige Technician & Diagnostic Specialist to join our premier independent workshop team in Harpenden. You will act as the technical lead on the shop floor, taking complete ownership of complex electrical and mechanical faults across prestigious VAG, Porsche, and Jaguar Land Rover marques.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Proven track record as a Senior, Master, or Diagnostic Technician with expert mechanical and electrical skills.
- Independent problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach to mentoring junior team members.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools (extensive experience with VAG, Porsche, or JLR brands is essential).

- Base: Harpenden (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position offering fast, direct commutes across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via Harpenden mainline station and local regional bus routes.
- Commutable From: St Albans, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Welwyn Garden City, and Hitchin.
