Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join their professional aftersales team. Unlike typical rigid corporate dealerships, you will work closely with a cracking manager and an ex-technician who has moved off the tools into the parts department—giving you expert guidance, practical workshop insights, and unmatched daily support.
What is in it for you:
- Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 Basic Salary + Monthly Parts Profit Bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm or 5:30pm) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am to 12:00pm)

What you will be doing:
- Parts Management & Sourcing: Managing daily parts enquiries from workshop technicians and retail customers, and sourcing/ordering automotive parts from OEM and aftermarket suppliers.
- Operations & Admin: Maintaining accurate stock control, overseeing inventory management, and processing invoices, purchase orders, and parts returns.
- Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with suppliers and trade customers to ensure efficient parts distribution and support workshop productivity.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, supplier networks, and experience using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a full UK driving licence are also preferred.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Tunbridge Wells, making it an easy commute from Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, and Crowborough.
