Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,500 basic per annum + uncapped bonus (realistic £41,200 OTE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week with STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our premier franchised dealership team in Guildford. You will perform routine manufacturer servicing, diagnostic fault-finding, mechanical & electrical repairs, and maintain high efficiency to consistently deliver "first-time fix" results.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair is essential
- Proven track record as a qualified Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools
- Active MOT Tester licence or F-Gas certification is preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and a collaborative team attitude

- Base: Guildford (Premier franchised dealership with modern workshop facilities)
- Road Links: Strategically situated off key corridors (A3 / A31), providing fast and straightforward commutes across Surrey and Hampshire
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via Guildford mainline railway station and local regional bus routes
- Commutable From: Woking, Godalming, Aldershot, Farnham, Cranleigh, Leatherhead, Bracknell, and surrounding local areas
