We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our premier franchised dealership team in Guildford. Working with a respected automotive brand, we offer a £35,500 basic salary with an uncapped OTE of £41,200, a structured 40-hour Monday-to-Friday schedule (strictly no weekends), and access to world-class manufacturer training.

Your Role
As a vital Vehicle Technician in our Guildford workshop team, you will:
- Carry out routine servicing, manufacturer maintenance, and comprehensive safety inspections within targeted timescales.
- Perform mechanical & electrical diagnostics using advanced dealership tools to locate and resolve technical faults.
- Execute complex repairs, component replacements, and safety-critical work to deliver "first-time fix" results.
- Complete digital job cards and vehicle health checks (VHC) to provide accurate, transparent updates for our service team.
What You Need
- Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification) is essential. Proven track record as a qualified Technician or Mechanic. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
- Licensing: Full UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
- Equipment & Mindset: Must possess your own hand tools; bring high attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative team attitude.
