About the role
As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for carrying out Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with current DVSA standards and requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out Class 4 MOT tests accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring all tests are completed in line with DVSA regulations
- Maintaining high standards of safety and compliance
- Identifying and reporting vehicle defects where required
- Maintaining accurate MOT records and documentation
- Supporting general workshop operations when required
- Working effectively as part of a professional workshop team
About you
We’re looking for an MOT Tester who is reliable, technically capable and takes pride in their work. You will ideally have:
- A valid Class 4 MOT Tester licence
- Previous experience as an MOT Tester
- Good mechanical and technical knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- A professional and safety-focused approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
