Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 basic per annum + realistic OTE (£33,500)
- Hours: Full-time permanent, Monday – Friday & 1 in 3 Saturdays (07:30 – 12:30 on Saturdays)

Role Overview
Seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our busy Ford dealership workshop team in Gravesend. You will act as the key link between our customers and the workshop, updating clients on vehicle status, booking vehicles in, upselling aftersales products, and ensuring all administration and GDPR guidelines are met.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
- Great attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or an automotive aftersales/service advisor role is highly advantageous, though full training is provided for candidates looking to start their automotive career.
- Proficiency using computer software systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
