As a specialized VAG Technician / Car Mechanic in our modern Tunbridge Wells facility, you will:
- Carry out expert maintenance, routine servicing, and complex repairs across the Volkswagen Group range.
- Use dealer-level diagnostic kit and manufacturer software to resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Get hands-on with the latest hybrid and electric vehicle systems (including the VW ID. range).
- Work efficiently in a high-workflow, well-organized bay where precision quality is rewarded.
- Collaborate with a stable, close-knit team backed by highly experienced workshop management.
What We Need
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or Workshop Mechanic.
- Skills: A strong interest in VAG vehicles, excellent fault-finding capabilities, and pride in clean, "right first time" workmanship.
- Compliance: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
