We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / German Specialist to join our highly respected independent garage in Gloucester. Your Role

As a vital member of our Gloucester technical team, you will:

  • Carry out routine servicing, general maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs across specialist European vehicles.
  • Use modern diagnostic tools and specialist software to accurately troubleshoot and resolve technical, electrical, and mechanical faults.
  • Maintain high standards of work to ensure reliable "first-time fix" results and strong workshop productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with a skilled team to uphold our strong reputation for specialist excellence and customer trust.

What You Need

Qualifications & Experience:

  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
  • Proven experience working on high-spec platforms is a major plus.
  • F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).

Licensing:

  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.

Equipment & Mindset:

  • Must possess your own hand tools.
  • Strong diagnostic skills, high attention to detail, and a positive, team-focused work ethic.
