Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 basic per annum (Tailored from Service Tech through to Diagnostic Specialist)
Bonus: Uncapped monthly bonus scheme (£300 - £600+ typical extra per month)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 (NO WEEKENDS | Enjoy every single weekend off)

Role Overview: Seeking a Service & Diagnostic Specialist to join our main dealer workshop in Gillingham. You will carry out routine servicing, mechanical repairs, electronic fault-finding, MOT prep, and high-voltage maintenance across a massive range of popular ICE, hybrid, and fully electric vehicles (EV).
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent time-served experience)
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in routine servicing, mechanical maintenance, or electronic diagnostics
- High Voltage / EV awareness or qualification is a bonus (full training provided if not yet certified)
- Positive attitude and a strong hunger to upskill into an advanced EV & Diagnostic Specialist
- Full UK driving licence & own tools
Location & Commute: Base: Gillingham (Medway area). Commutable From: Chatham, Rochester, Rainham, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Gravesend.
