- Salary: £30,620 basic per annum + OTE
- Hours: Full-time (41.33 hours per week)

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Parts Advisor / Automotive Stock Specialist to join our busy aftersales team. Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager, you will oversee parts inventory, coordinate order supplies between internal departments, and deliver outstanding customer service to retail customers, workshop technicians, and manufacturer partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an automotive parts role within a franchised dealership or busy parts department.
- Strong collaborative mindset and excellent customer-facing & telephone communication skills.
- Proficient with IT inventory management and DMS/parts cataloguing systems.
- Organised approach with high attention to detail for stock level management.

- Road Links: Conveniently located near Pier Road (A289), providing direct connections to the A2 and M2 motorway networks across Kent.
- Public Transport: Easily accessible via Gillingham mainline station with regular local bus routes serving the immediate area.
