Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic (VAG Specialist Focus)
Location: Hersham (Commutable from Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge, Esher, Kingston upon Thames, Woking)
Salary: £42,000 Solid Basic Salary + Performance Bonus (£45,000+ OTE)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:30) – Strictly No Weekends or Saturdays!

We are a busy, well-established independent garage in Hersham. While we service all makes and models, we have a strong VAG focus, offering great daily exposure to VW, Audi, SEAT, and Škoda vehicles. What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out high-standard vehicle servicing, routine maintenance, and detailed multi-point health checks
- Performing general mechanical repairs, including brakes, suspension, clutches, and timing belts
- Utilising modern scan tools to logically trace and resolve electrical and mechanical faults
- Taking complete ownership of your bay to maintain our "fixed-first-time" reputation
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on professional workshop experience
- Skills: Strong core mechanical repair competence and logical fault-finding ability
- Licence: Valid full UK Driving Licence (VAG specialist experience is a fantastic bonus!)
- Mindset: Pride in your work, strong attention to detail, and a reliable team player
