Senior Vehicle Technician / Master Mechanic
Location: Poole (Commutable from Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne Minster, Wareham, Blandford Forum)
Salary: Up to £50,000 Guaranteed Basic Salary (Zero "smoke and mirrors" bonuses)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:30) – No Weekends!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Serving as the shop floor technical lead, delivering clean, precise, "fixed-first-time" craftsmanship
- Conducting detailed RAC-standard inspections on high-spec 4x4s and prestige commercial vehicles
- Executing advanced electrical and mechanical diagnostic fault-finding using top-tier diagnostic platforms
- Performing major mechanical repairs, engine work, and component replacements to manufacturer standards
What We're Looking For:
- Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Skills: Strong modern diagnostic capabilities (experience with prestige, 4x4, or commercial vehicles is a major plus)
- Licence: Valid full UK Driving Licence
