We aren’t your average repair shop. Based in Eastleigh, our premier independent garage is dedicated to high-performance, track-focused, and unique specialist vehicles. Joining our team means stepping into a supportive, expert garage complete with involvement in motor events, realistic timescales, and an exciting fleet in your bay every day.

What is in it for you:

  • Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year (depending on expertise)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:30) + every second Saturday morning (Half Day)

What you will be doing:

  • Carrying out advanced diagnostic fault-finding on everything from daily drivers to high-performance supercars.
  • Executing full mechanical repairs, precision servicing, routine maintenance, and complex engine rebuilds.
  • Ensuring every custom modification or high-spec repair meets strict safety and excellence standards for both road and track.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification)
  • Strong mechanical repair competence
  • A methodical problem-solving mindset
  • A valid full UK Driving Licence.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Eastleigh, making it an easy commute from Southampton, Winchester, Chandler's Ford, Romsey, and Hedge End.
