The Payload (Pay & Perks)
- Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 basic (Depending on experience).
- Monthly Bonus: Performance bonuses of up to £700 per month.
- Total Earnings: OTE £50,400 (Based on a £42k basic + full bonus).
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:30 (Zero weekends).

What You Will Be Doing
- Specialist Repair: Leading the servicing and repair of commercial vehicles and high-spec vans.

- Maintenance & Safety: Handling MOT preparation, safety inspections, and heavy mechanical repairs.
- Lead by Example: Ensuring every vehicle leaving the workshop meets our elite 5-star standard.
