What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out routine servicing, manufacturer maintenance, and safety checks across three major brand lineups.
• Utilizing official brand diagnostic software to locate, trace, and repair complex electrical, software, and mechanical issues.
• Executing major mechanical repairs, engine/gearbox overhauls, suspension setups, and warranty work.
• Maintaining clean bay standards, accurate job cards, and right-first-time fix quality.
• Collaborating within an energetic 19-technician workshop team alongside experienced service advisors and workshop controllers.

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served experience).
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic inside a main dealership or busy independent garage.
• Strong diagnostic capabilities, an efficiency mindset, and pride in clean workmanship.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
