Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £32,000 – £39,000 basic per annum + flexible bonus scheme (choose between extra monthly cash or a massive Christmas lump-sum payout!)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM — STRICTLY NO MANDATORY WEEKENDS (Optional weekend overtime available if you want to boost your earnings!)
- Perks: 28 days holiday allowance, fully funded MOT tester course, workplace pension scheme, generously discounted staff rates, free on-site parking, and full uniform provided
- Workload: Varied and engaging mix of routine servicing, cambelt replacements, diagnostic repair work, and MOT repairs across cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs)

Role Overview
Seeking a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or ambitious Improver to join our busy, modern workshop team. Whether you are fully qualified or a skilled improver looking to step up, you’ll carry out routine maintenance, fault-finding, and mechanical repairs in a friendly, zero-pressure environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on garage experience carrying out vehicle servicing and mechanical maintenance.
- Formal qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3) are welcome, but time-served experience and a great work ethic matter most to us!
- Proficient with routine servicing, brakes, suspension, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
- Active MOT Smart Card is a bonus (if you aren't qualified, we will fully fund and train you!).

- Base: Eastbourne area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Easy access via major East Sussex coastal routes and regional road links.
- Commutable From: Eastbourne, Bexhill, Hailsham, Seaford, Polegate, Pevensey, and Lewes.
