About the Role
Are you a qualified technician looking for a rewarding workshop role with excellent pay, bonus potential, and career growth? Join a busy VAG specialist workshop in Eastbourne where no two days are the same.
You will work in a modern, dealer-standard workshop using the latest diagnostic equipment to service, repair, and prepare vehicles for MOTs. While you will focus on Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, and SEAT, you will also gain experience on other vehicles, keeping your skills varied and sharp.
We are open to candidates with 1 year+ experience, so whether you are looking to further develop your skills or already have solid workshop experience, this role could be for you. Enjoy a structured workweek with Monday–Friday hours and a Saturday rota, giving you flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics
- Prepare vehicles for MOT testing
- Road test vehicles to ensure all work meets high-quality standards
- Maintain accurate service and repair documentation
- Follow all health & safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with workshop colleagues and service advisors
About You
- Experienced Vehicle Technician / Service Technician, 1+ years' experience welcomed
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and mechanical skills
- Professional, reliable, and committed to high-quality workmanship
- Team player who thrives in a busy environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred
