Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic per annum + performance-related commission (Realistic OTE up to £36,000)
- Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, plus Saturdays 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (on a rota basis)

- Training & Development: Fully funded manufacturer-accredited training pathway supplied by VAG Group leading to accredited status
- Workload: Front-of-house customer liaison, logging appointments & MOTs on the database, capturing customer contacts, managing courtesy car bookings, completing job cards, upselling service plans, and coordinating with the sales and workshop teams

Role Overview
Seeking a enthusiastic, well-organised Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist to join our busy Eastbourne dealership team. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between our customers and the workshop department, managing the end-to-end customer journey. You will handle service bookings, explain repair work clearly, provide regular updates, deal with queries promptly, and ensure every customer receives top-tier service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role or similar fast-paced retail/customer service environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills with a confident, professional approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-prioritize workload in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
- Comfortable learning new technology and dealership software databases.
- Knowledge of servicing department procedures is advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence (required for courtesy car management).

- Base: Eastbourne (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly off the A259 and A22, providing fast, straightforward commutes across East Sussex.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via Eastbourne and Hampden Park mainline train stations alongside regular regional bus services.
- Commutable From: Hailsham, Seaford, Bexhill, Hastings, Polegate, and Lewes.
