A highly respected garage in the Pevensey/Eastbourne area is seeking a friendly and organized Service Advisor to join a close-knit team, offering a fantastic Mon–Fri schedule and a highly competitive salary.

What is in it for you:
- Salary: £35,000 basic salary (Depending on Experience)
- Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (Absolutely NO weekends!)

What you will be doing:
- Serving as the primary, friendly face and voice of the business, welcoming customers both in‑person and over the phone.
- Booking in vehicles for MOTs, annual servicing, diagnostic fault‑finding, tyre fittings, and general repairs.
- Actively liaising between our workshop technicians and customers, clearly explaining technical repairs, providing transparent quotes, and obtaining authorization for work.
- Managing the administration of repair orders, processing payments, and coordinating our popular customer vehicle collection/delivery and courtesy car services.
- Ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction that upholds our excellent local reputation and 5‑star reviews.
Commutable Locations: This role is based near Pevensey/Eastbourne, making it an easy commute from Bexhill, Hailsham, Hastings, and surrounding areas.
