What you will be doing:
- Customer Communication & Reception: Warmly greet customers, handle inquiries via telephone, provide clear advice on vehicle maintenance, manage bookings, and deliver detailed vehicle handovers.
- Workshop Liaison & Sales: Work closely with the technical workshop to track repair progress, explain identified vehicle repairs clearly to customers, and professionally recommend relevant upsells and automotive products.
- Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate records on dealership management systems (DMS), adhere to compliance processes, and keep your workspace organized.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an Automotive Service Advisor or Customer Advisor in the motor trade (Required).
- Licence: Valid, full UK Driving Licence (Required).
- Skills: Tech-savvy (DMS experience), strong multitasker, excellent communicator, and smart professional appearance.
Commutable Locations:
This role is based in Eastbourne, making it an easy commute from Bexhill, Hastings, Lewes, and Seaford.
