Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on hitting targets but wants your weekends back? We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join a growing team in Eastbourne, where you will manage the customer journey for a premium brand while enjoying a fantastic work-life balance.

What is in it for you:

  • Salary: £15,000 Basic Salary + Rewarding Bonus Scheme (OTE of £50k+)
  • Hours: Full-time, Permanent position. Includes alternating Saturday mornings and NO Sunday working.

What you will be doing:

  • Creating strong rapport and lasting relationships with new and existing customers to ensure you are tailoring the sales experience to their specific needs.
  • Following our structured sales processes to efficiently manage inquiries and vehicle handovers.
  • Advising customers on our premier product range and proactively promoting additional products and services as required.
  • Completing all necessary handover paperwork, digital processes, and administrative duties accurately.
  • Undertaking continuous manufacturer and professional training to stay at the top of your game.

Requirements: You must have previous car or commercial vehicle sales experience, a competitive and friendly drive to exceed targets, and a full, current UK driving licence.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Eastbourne, making it an easy commute from Bexhill-on-Sea, Hailsham, Seaford, and Polegate.
