What You’ll Be Doing
- Core Servicing & Maintenance: Conducting routine servicing, multipoint vehicle inspections, brake maintenance, tire service, and vehicle health checks to manufacturer standards.
- Light Repairs: Carrying out general mechanical repairs, suspension work, battery replacements, and basic component changes.
- Diagnostic Shadowing: Working alongside senior diagnostic technicians to build your skills on official brand diagnostic platforms.
- Quality Standards: Maintaining clean, right-first-time work standards on all jobs to protect manufacturer compliance and customer safety.
- Team Collaboration: Working inside a supportive, fast-paced team environment focused on helping you learn and succeed.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a workshop environment (independent garage, fast-fit center, or dealership).
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or working towards completion).
- Strong ambition, clean working habits, and a genuine eagerness to level up your mechanical career.
- A full UK driving licence.
