We are seeking an influential Senior Service Advisor to join our busy commercial van workshop team in the Eastbourne area, where you will lead the customer journey and benefit from a supportive, family-run culture.

  • Salary: £30,000 basic salary + OTE up to £39,000 per annum (Competitive Salary plus Bonus Scheme)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30. Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00 on a rota basis (Please note: The site is currently closed on Saturdays until further notice, offering an excellent work-life balance!)

What you will be doing:

  • Acting as the professional face of the service centre for all incoming commercial vehicle customers.
  • Managing the customer relationship from vehicle drop-off to hand-back, liaising closely with workshop technicians.
  • Consulting with customers to accurately document their requirements, ensuring their best interests are met.
  • Utilizing your communication skills to identify and introduce relevant products, service plans, and accessories.
  • Maintaining an organised, self-motivated approach to manage a busy daily workshop workflow.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Eastbourne, making it an easy commute from surrounding areas such as Bexhill, Hailsham, Seaford, and Lewes.
