What you will be doing:
- Customer Care: Serving as the primary contact for guests, providing regular, professional vehicle updates, and managing the entire aftersales journey.
- Administration & Workflow: Managing workshop bookings, preparing accurate job cards, and raising detailed quotes utilizing the Pinnacle DMS.
- Upselling & Targets: Leveraging Electronic Vehicle Health Checks (EVHC) to identify critical service needs and confidently help drive department performance.
- Internal Coordination: Working closely with the parts department and workshop teams to ensure correct stock levels, quality control, and smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential. You must be tech-literate (confident using MS Office and specialized dealership software), self-motivated, and hold yourself to high professional standards.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Eastbourne, making it an easy commute from Bexhill, Hastings, Lewes, and Hailsham.
