The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from booking through to vehicle collection. Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics and repairs
  • Greeting customers and managing front-of-house reception
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Keeping customers updated on progress and repair requirements
  • Preparing job cards, estimates, and invoices
  • Liaising with technicians and workshop staff
  • Processing payments and completing service documentation
  • Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
