What is in it for you:
- Salary: £31,000 Basic + Performance Bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday with Occasional Saturdays | Full-Time, Permanent

What you will be doing:
As the vital link between our customers and the workshop, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, managing reception, and handling telephone/email enquiries.
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Preparing job cards, estimates, and invoices while liaising with technicians.
- Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and processing payments.
Requirements:
Experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or Service Receptionist is highly desirable. Strong customer service, great communication, and solid IT skills are essential. Motor trade experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
Commutable Locations:
Based in East Peckham, making it an easy commute from Tonbridge, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, and Paddock Wood.
