- Salary: £31,000 basic salary + performance bonus scheme.
- Hours: Monday to Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays | Full-Time, Permanent.

What you will be doing:
- Front-of-House Care: Welcoming clients at reception, managing incoming phone and email inquiries, and delivering a personal, high-quality customer experience.
- Workshop Scheduling: Booking vehicles in for MOTs, routine servicing, diagnostic checks, and mechanical repairs.
- Service Administration: Generating accurate job cards, preparing job estimates, processing final invoices, and taking payments.
- Technical Updates: Maintaining regular contact with vehicle owners to keep them informed on repair progress in coordination with the technician team.
Requirements: Prior background as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or Automotive Receptionist is highly desirable. Outstanding communication skills, a professional phone manner, and strong IT literacy are essential. Motor trade experience is ideal, but applicants with transferable high-level customer service skills are welcome!
Commutable Locations:
This position is based in East Peckham, offering an easy daily commute from Tonbridge, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, and Paddock Wood.
